Dr. Christel de Noblet is a former French attorney specializing in Heritage Preservation.

Got a PhD with Distinction, from the University of Paris-Saclay, France (2007).

Teaches at Sorbonne Université, SciencesPo, the Institut National du Patrimoine, the University of Paris-Saclay, Quai Branly’s Museum in Paris and Paris-Sorbonne University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. She used to teach at Tulane University Law School, New Orleans, USA, the University of Nottingham, the University of Reading, England, and King’s College, Faculty of Law, University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

A Consultant in museology and enhancement of built heritage. Works as invited consultant in benchmarking and professional training on innovative museum practices for organizations such as The Tate, Le Louvre and others.
