Yvonne Fuchs is an award winning business advisor who has been coaching and mentoring creative and social businesses for the last 22 years . With over 42 years commerical experience ;the family firm, (large cashmere and yarn manufacturing businesses )to senior leadership in academia , alongside considerable experience as a designer and educator .
She created her own design businesses in colouration and design in 1978 working globally in the textile sector .
She has a superb knowledge of the Creative Industries and social enterprise sectors in the UK with a related professional network combing experience of policy implementation and grass roots support to creative entrepreneurs SME’s and social enterprises.
Her work on the development of business growth models, in particular “the branding workshop “as well as the mentoring and support for the sector has netted her a number of awards over the years.
Yvonne regularly supports creative businesses and social enterprises in the development of licences and franchises.
She has taught at Post grad level in most of the UKs prestigious art and design institutes including RCA and Central st Martins in the areas of branding and the business side of Creativity.
Her latest venture is the Zen of business a way of bringing the thinking of Zen to current business practice blending ancient wisdom with current business practice .
Author , public speaker,angel investor and founder of the social enterprise Brilliant Women. She also has developed a number of Business Communities /academies to encourage entrepreuship amonst different social groups e.g Mothers Meetings, the Advantages of Age and social enterprises.
