Milena Estrada, from MBA Graduate to Art Critic and Educator: A Journey in Curating and Cultural Exchange

After completing my undergraduate studies at La Sorbonne and gaining professional experience in the cultural sector, I pursued an MBA in Contemporary Art: Sales, Display, and Collecting to deepen my expertise in the art market. I began my enrollment in October so opting for the January session was ideal.

The exhibition projects and coursework significantly expanded my network, and, by the end of the year, I secured a position as a gallery assistant.

Currently, I teach Art Criticism and Writing to CASDC students at IESA, reflecting my passion for curating practices and pedagogy. Additionally, I support various galleries with logistics for art fairs and exhibitions. In my spare time, I write essays and exhibition reviews, which has allowed me to build enduring relationships with artists.

I am also preparing several exhibition projects for 2025, both in France and internationally, with the aim of connecting emerging creators from Latin America and Europe. My goal is to bridge these vibrant art scenes and foster meaningful cultural exchange.
